ALL of our principals work fulltime managing our daily operations. We’re also people-people, with good, solid mid-western values. We don’t have layers of management either because that only serves to impede decision-making. Everyone on our staff understands their role and how critical it is to delivering on our Promise. We all work together in a true team environment.
