Bob Sturm, President and CEO

Bob Sturm began his career in travel as an account executive with Pan American World Airways. He joined Professional Travel in 1967. Today, as an acknowledged leader in both the travel industry and the local Cleveland community, Bob has served on the Advisory Boards of three different airlines as well as several other organizations, corporations and charities throughout the travel industry and the State of Ohio.

Rob Turk, Executive Vice President

Rob Turk joined Professional Travel in 1992 as Director of Sales. Today, he is Executive Vice President of the company with responsibility for overseeing all day-to-day operations. Rob serves as a member of Continental Airlines National Advisory Board. He is also active in several local charities, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Lynn Pfeiffer, Executive Director, Operations

Lynn began her career with Professional Travel in 1983, overseeing and automating our entire accounting department and systems. Through her innovative approaches to managing our infrastructure, Lynn’s oversight of reservations, customer service and recruitment continues to help us deliver on our core mission.

Todd Stoneman, Vice President of Information Systems

Todd has been with Professional Travel since 1996 and has served to keep our systems and reporting capabilities on the cutting edge. He has been in the industry for over 30 years and has broad experience with the airlines and industry vendors. Todd’s working knowledge of our information systems provides invaluable service to our clients.

John Sturm, Executive Director, Sales & Marketing

John has spent over 25 years in the business of traveling holding similar positions with several Fortune 500 companies, including Walt Disney Studios and Revlon Cosmetics. John joined Professional Travel in 2007 and has helped to refine operational and procedural processes throughout the company that have resulted in delivering an impeccable customer journey.
