| Description: Professional Travel has an opening in our North Olmsted location for a Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for coaching new agents. Other responsibilities include conducting one-on-one agent training, learning Globalware, monitering agent queues and analyzing reports. Requirement for the position includes a minimum of 5 years corporate reservation experience. A thorough working knowledge of the Apollo reservation system along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
